My Time Recovery is a family-owned rehab program that values clinical therapies as the main form of treatment when it comes to substance abuse. Their main forms of treatment include social detox and residential treatment that allows clients to reside within the facility and focus solely on their recovery journey. MedMark Treatment Centers is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment facility in Central California that offers access to medications such as methadone and buprenorphine. Adult men and women who are suffering from long-term opioid dependence and the subsequent withdrawal symptoms may be struggling with the thought of relapsing in order to minimize these symptoms. In order to prevent that, MAT programs use FDA-approved medications that can reduce withdrawal and help push clients towards long-term recovery. Clients will also be able to participate in individual therapy, case management, and peer-led support groups. Treatment teams through MedMark may also provide their clients with a referral to a drug or alcohol treatment facility that is better equipped at offering long-term, comprehensive addiction treatment services. Touchstone Recovery Center is an outpatient facility that provides age-specific substance abuse treatment programs to adults and adolescents separately. Clients are offered an 8-week intensive outpatient program that combines several different forms of therapy throughout the week that clients can attend whenever it is convenient for them. Touchstone offers both daytime and evening schedules, both of which include services like individual therapy, group therapy, yoga, wellness education, breathwork, and family therapy. The Van Ness location of BAART Programs offers medication assistance to men and women who suffer from addiction to substances like heroin, prescription painkillers, or fentanyl. Before beginning this program, clients need to detox from any substances still in their bodies. After that is complete, they will be assessed by medical professionals to determine which medication is safest. Clients will have access to methadone or Suboxone, and they will also participate in services like addiction education, individual or group therapy, case management, and relapse prevention training. The goal of this program is to reduce any negative symptoms, increase client motivation for change, and help them find a treatment program that promotes long-term recovery. Aegis Treatment Centers is a MAT facility under the umbrella of Pinnacle Treatment Centers, which provides medication assistance across the United States. Though they are primarily a MAT program working with medications to decrease opioid withdrawal, Aegis Treatment is able to provide their clients with much more comprehensive recovery programs. Clients will have access to a long list of evidence-based therapies, holistic activities, family programs, and services that are designed specifically to prevent relapses. While receiving treatment, clients will have access to on-site medical doctors and licensed counselors that are able to walk their clients through the recovery process. Aegis Treatment Center does also provide specific treatment options for women who are pregnant, and they offer services that are culturally sensitive and gender-specific. This specific location of Transitions Children’s Services provides access to outpatient behavioral health treatment services for clients between the ages of 5 and 21. This program combines prevention techniques, education, and very specific treatment services in order to address their entire life and intervene while the client is still young and able to make a full recovery. Each service is trauma-informed and collaborative. Clients and their parents work closely with a team of therapists and other clinicians in order to develop a program that addresses their needs and provides critical skills for long-term health. Some of the available treatment options include individual therapy, family-inclusive programs, domestic violence counseling, and case management. Clients will be referred to other programs based on if the client needs more specialized care. The overall goal is to help clients understand their specific situations and develop coping skills that promote total wellness and overall health.

Promesa works with adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17, and they also provide specific services for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Through these programs, Promesa Behavioral Health empowers their clients to lead successful, sober lifestyles outside of rehab while using the skills learned in treatment to maintain that sobriety, manage triggers, and build health habits.

The Sierra Tribal Consortium is an organization in Fresno that provides various services to members of any federally recognized Native American tribes. Their goal is to offer culturally sensitive services that are effective but also incorporate traditional techniques and spirituality that are important to members of these tribes. Clients will have access to a short-term medical withdrawal program, and a range of inpatient and outpatient treatment services that are customized to meet the needs of the client while also fitting into their daily schedule. Most of their services are co-ed and consist of addiction education, traditional wellness activities, parenting classes, anger management classes, 12-step meetings, family therapy, support groups, and aftercare services. Nuestra Casa Recovery Home is part of the Fresno County Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, offering supportive and culturally-responsive treatment programs to adult men in the Fresno area who only speak Spanish. Their current capacity is capped at 12, allowing the members of their treatment team to work closely with each individual and provide them with the attention necessary for total healing. This program includes individual counseling, group therapy, addiction education, family counseling, recreational activities, therapeutic fitness, gardening, stress management, relapse prevention training, and discharge planning. All services are offered based on a sliding fee scale, and clients are able to pay with these services through forms of self-pay.
