Most of their services are holistic in nature, but some evidence-based programs are used as well. These services include psychiatric treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Holistic treatment options available to these women include experiential activities, art therapy, yoga, music, nutritional guidance, and mindfulness. As a female-specific treatment center, clinicians work to address underlying traumas that often cause women to self-medicate. These programs are also meant to allow each woman the chance to receive treatment without having to sacrifice work, education, or childcare as they are flexible and do not require 100% of their time.

CAAP provides community correction programs for nonviolent female offenders, inpatient services for homeless veterans, and DUI services. With regards to treating substance use disorders, CAAP offers assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, job placement, vocational training, GED preparation, chemical dependency education, life skills training, relapse prevention techniques, and random drug testing. Outpatient services include aftercare planning and anger management classes. The addiction recovery program through this VA clinic includes different forms of counseling, medication management, education, health maintenance, and community support. Clients have access to 24-hour care, and this facility is equipped with the ability to address veterans who are also struggling with homelessness or unemployment. The VA center also provides access to LGBTQ+ services, nutritional guidance, and psychiatric care.
