Treatment at the White Sands facility in Fort Myers includes drug or alcohol detoxification as well as residential treatments that are more comprehensive and can help treat the entire person as a whole. Clients will have access to a full continuum of care that is customizable to meet the needs of each client. Many begin with drug or alcohol detox at their detox center, followed by enrollment in inpatient treatment. Available services include medication assistance for opioid withdrawal, therapeutic education, group therapy, family programs, case management, and court-ordered programs. Clients may then use outpatient programs as a form of aftercare, providing them with long-term support once their program has officially ended. Fees for treatment are based upon a sliding fee scale, and clients are able to pay for those fees through health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and forms of self-pay. Regardless of those fees, no individual will be turned away even if they are unable to afford treatment.

The Lee County Treatment Center, which is part of the overarching network of New Season Treatment Facilities, provides medication-assisted programs to adult men and women over the age of 18 who suffer from opioid or alcohol withdrawal. Medical intervention is often required to help these clients prevent relapse and heal before the threat of an overdose takes more lives. This location offers medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone, all of which minimize the discomfort of withdrawal and increase client motivation for change. These recovery programs also include individual therapy, peer-led support groups, medical examinations, and drug testing as each person must be rid of any substance prior to using these medications. Lee County accepts all types of health insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare in order to pay for these services.

Omega Centre is a drug and alcohol addiction facility that offers outpatient treatment services to men and women who need less intensive levels of care. Clients will have access to DUI services or other court-ordered programs, anger management classes, employee assistance programs, and behavioral therapies. All of the services are as individualized as possible, and each one is offered at a set, affordable fee that can be paid through health insurance or self-pay. Because Omega Centre only offers access to outpatient programs, clients are able to fit recovery around work or school. They will not be asked to choose between recovery and outside responsibilities, but if an individual does need more intensive care, they may be referred to a trusted inpatient rehabilitation center nearby.
