Henderson Comprehensive Treatment Center is a Methadone clinic that provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment services to adult men and women struggling with symptoms of withdrawal, cravings, and pain from opioid use and alcohol addiction. Although medication is the main way in which clients are treated here, they may also participate in individual and group counseling sessions to help them develop coping skills and open communication about addiction. If the client does require more intensive rehab following this process, they may receive a referral to a different facility that better suits their needs.

Empowerment Center is a women-only, nonprofit organization that specializes in treating substance abuse and possible mental health issues in women. Many of their clients were previously incarcerated or struggle with homelessness and have been referred here from a different program or facility. Each woman spends around 4 months in the program and will participate in services such as 12-step work, case management, peer support, education, employment services, individual counseling, group therapy, workforce development, clinical groups, community service, and discharge planning.

Clients also participate in medication management, case management, relapse prevention, EMDR, yoga, trauma therapy, mind-body therapy, and meditation. Each rehab program will also include evidence-based therapies such as emotion-based therapies, rational emotive behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Though this facility does not offer inpatient treatment or detoxification services, they are able to provide referrals to trusted rehab facilities in the area. In order to remain flexible, IOP is offered during the day and in the evening to give all individuals a chance to receive treatment despite their other responsibilities such as work or family.
