Clients may need to start with detoxification services as they cannot have drugs in their system while utilizing methadone. Once the client has fully detoxed under the supervision of medical professionals at New Era, they will begin their MAT program while also having access to different counseling services, group therapy, addiction education, early recovery skill development, 12-step meetings, social support, anger management, and relapse prevention training. The IOP services are offered for a length of 12-16 weeks while clients are receiving methadone simultaneously.
