Community Medical Services is a medication-assisted treatment facility that works with adult men and women struggling with opioid addiction. This particular facility offers medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and Naltrexone, alongside counseling services and other treatments. The goal is to treat the immediate withdrawals symptoms caused by the opioid addiction and then to continue treating the entire client through therapy. Clients will participate in both individual and group therapies that address the specific needs of each person. Community Medical Services also offers a specific program for pregnant women struggling with opioid withdrawal. In order to pay for services, Community Medical accepts Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance, and private pay.

Group therapies do make up a large part of treatment, however, so clients will be able to participate in groups that discuss topics like shame, mental health, distress tolerance, gender-specific topics, changes in thinking, and more. ShareHouse is a drug treatment provider for men and women over the age of 18. They do accept some health insurance options as well as Medicaid. All fees are based on the individual plan and will be discussed with the client to ensure that they are able to receive the care they need despite their financial situation.

Clients are able to choose from low and high intensity programs, but the goal of both is to help each person develop recovery skills and relapse prevention techniques that support them long-term. This rehab program emphasizes education and aftercare planning to ensure that the skills learned within rehab are continuously used outside of treatment to maintain sobriety. Though there is not a cap on how long a person may stay in the residential program, Prairie Saint Johns houses clients on average for about 12-13 days. Outpatient services are available for a longer period of time as ongoing support.
