Crestview also offers 12-step influenced programs. By providing their clients with so many different substance abuse treatment plans, Crestview is able to address underlying conditions at the same time as those addiction problems. Clients will also be able to participate in gender-specific therapies, again allowing for more specific programs to be designed. They work with most in and out-of-network health insurance providers.

    Center of Excellence works with people over the age of 13. They provide mental health services as well as drug treatment through medication assistance with Suboxone or Vivitrol. Along with medications that treat opioid withdrawal symptoms, clients will also participate in both daily and weekly therapy sessions that address underlying conditions like mental health disorders that may have led to substance abuse. This facility takes a team approach to substance abuse treatment in that they offer effective, evidence-based therapies and services to treat the client, but they also hold each client accountable for actually participating in those services and doing their best to work towards abstinence and a life of sobriety. Center of Excellence in Co-Occurring Medicine accepts Medicare, health insurance, and self-pay options.

    Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center is a trauma-informed dual diagnosis treatment center that emphasizes culturally sensitive and informed therapies. They are able to work with adults, young adults, adolescents, and children struggling with various mental illnesses and alcohol or drug addiction. Yellowhawk offers both in-person and virtual substance abuse treatment programs. Other available services include community-based programs, primary care, auricular acupuncture, peer recovery mentoring programs, equine-assisted treatment, and prevention services.     Virtue at The Pointe begins their programs by working to minimize and treat any withdrawal symptoms that their clients might be suffering from. Withdrawal and cravings can be detrimental to a person’s recovery journey, so treating those at the beginning of recovery is critical in boosting motivation and helping clients transition into a program more comfortably and safely. Clients will have access to services such as individual therapy, group therapy, EMDR, transcranial magnetic stimulation, electromagnetic brain pulsing treatment, 12-step programs, and any holistic therapies that the clinician determines will be most beneficial for their individual client.
