New Freedom Academy is an inpatient drug rehab that works with 20 individuals at any given moment to address alcohol addiction or drug abuse. Clients are required to remain abstinent throughout the entirety of their treatment program as they participate in evidence-based therapies, 12-step programs, peer workshops, and mindfulness-based holistic therapies. Clients at Green Mountain work with their treatment team to design an individualized program that consists of various drug rehab programs fit to their needs. Clients will be given a customized schedule that is structured and leads them through this entire process. Concord Metro Treatment Center is a medication-assisted treatment facility that provides drug treatment specifically to adult men and women suffering from withdrawal due to opioid use disorders in the state of New Hampshire. The medications available here include Methadone, Suboxone, or buprenorphine. Clients will also participate in individual therapy, group therapy, and family programs as well as receive referrals to other addiction treatment centers if more comprehensive and long-term programs are needed. Concord provides services to people living in the areas of Loudon, Chichester, Epsom, Pembroke, Hooksett, Canterbury, Webster, Warner, and Pittsfield.

Because West Lebanon Comprehensive is an outpatient medication-assisted facility, they are able to provide access to medically supervised withdrawal that ensures this process is completed in the safest way possible. Services are available for men and women over the age of 18 who were previously addicted to substances such as heroin, prescription pills, and opioids and are currently suffering from withdrawal. The main medication offered here is Methadone, but other options may be available upon request. Before any medications are prescribed, clients will have to participate in assessments and medical evaluations to make sure that this is the best option of care for the client. Other addiction treatment services include individual therapy, group therapy, and skill development.

The ROAD program originally began as a Suboxone MAT facility, however, they have grown into a more comprehensive New Hampshire drug rehab program that offers a wide variety of behavioral therapies as well. Along with medications, clients will also have access to individual and group therapies that connect the link between treating the symptoms of withdrawal and addressing the underlying conditions or areas in ones life that may have led to drug use. These therapies help clients build the necessary skills for living a successful and sober lifestyle as well as enhancing one’s motivation for change and providing the client with a support system within their community that they can turn to when times are hard. Merrimack River Medical Services, also known as Healthcare Resource Centers Somersworth, is an outpatient opioid MAT facility. Methadone is the main medication utilized to address withdrawal symptoms that may be causing problems for clients when it comes to remaining part of a treatment program. Other services utilized at this specific facility include one-on-one counseling with an assigned clinician, group therapy, relapse prevention skills, addiction education, and community referrals if the client needs a longer-term treatment program. Merrimack River does accept Medicare at this location and may also offer financial aid or other payment options depending on the individual client.
