Groups Recover Together is a medication-assisted treatment facility that offers Suboxone as their main form of medication for treating opioid use disorders. Because this program prioritizes community involvement as a piece of their recovery foundation, clients will have access to weekly group meetings provided in a safe space where they are able to bond with their peers who are also experiencing opioid addiction. When clients are given the opportunity to work with other clients throughout the different stages of recovery, they are able to both learn from one another and hold each other accountable. Groups Recover Together also provides evidence-based practices that produce dedicated patients who develop a core understanding of the social and economic factors that contribute to good health and recovery. Because of the type of medication utilized here, clients will need to complete a detox program prior to enrollment.
