Rocky Mountain Treatment Center is a 12-step program that treats substance abuse through a combination of evidence-based therapies and holistic programs. Some of the therapeutic options utilized throughout this process are cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and EMDR. Loved ones are encouraged to participate in these treatment programs as well which is why family programs are critical pieces of recovery. Clients also have access to a long list of recreational activities which helps to improve mental health, increase cognitive functioning, improve physical health, and increase client satisfaction in life and in their substance abuse treatment. These activities include hikes, arts and crafts, visiting museums, and participating in activities outside of the recovery center. Rocky Mountian also utilizes breath work and mindfulness meditation as one of their key holistic methods of treatment.

Instar Community Services combines educational services with addiction treatment in order to address the needs, concerns, and goals of each of their clients in an affordable, comfortable, and confidential way. Available treatment services include life skills classes, peer support, relapse prevention classes, individual therapy, group therapy, and family programs. Clients work extremely close with a certified peer specialist in order to determine what their treatment goals are and how to utilize learned skills and create relationships with people who have completed a treatment program. If the client requires detoxification services or more intensive programs, their clinician may provide them with a referral to a different treatment provider in the state of Montana. Instar does accept Medicaid, private healthcare insurance, self-pay, and they may also offer grants to specific clients.

Community Medical Services offers medication assistance to adults struggling with symptoms of withdrawal due to opioid use or alcohol addiction. These symptoms can often be the reason why a person is unable to participate in their drug abuse and alcohol abuse rehab program. After medical exams and evaluations performed by physicians and nurses, the type of medication will be determined. This facility offers Methadone, buprenorphine, and Naltrexone. Clients are also able to participate in various evidence-based behavioral health therapies, peer support, and various community services. Other treatment options may be available, but those are discussed with the client and customized to ensure the entire addiction treatment program is effective. Clients may also be referred to a separate facility if more specialized care is required to treat their drug or alcohol addiction.

Rimrock Foundation provides varying levels of care to each adult client seeking help. As both an outpatient and inpatient drug rehab, clients have access to a large list of mental health and addiction services that are customized to their specific needs and recovery goals. Oftentimes, treatment will begin with drug or alcohol detox. Once that process has been completed, and medication assistance takes care of the withdrawal symptoms, clients will then be enrolled in one of the inpatient or outpatient programs at this addiction treatment center. The goal is to promote overall wellness through the development of skills, coping mechanisms, and healthy habits that can be used outside of treatment through many different services and therapies. Group therapy is one of the more important treatment modalities offered at Rimrock, and the program they participating in determines the number of hours that must be completed each week. Clients also have access to aftercare planning programs during their final weeks of treatment to ensure they have a set plan for maintaining sobriety and support once they leave the facility.
