Here at Harmony Healing Center NJ, our team wants you to know that it’s okay to ask for help. We are here for anyone who needs to overcome a mental health disorder or addiction. The approach to treatment we use is individualized for each person. If you have an addiction to alcohol or drugs or if you have any type of mental health disorder, we have a comfortable, safe, and accepting recovery facility where you can get the treatment you need.
Partnered supportive housing could be right for you during your recovery journey. Some of the benefits that it might have for you during this journey include offering you the support needed to keep you sober and working hard on your recovery, giving you a stable housing situation while you work your treatment program, allowing you to be around others who have similar recovering lifestyle visions and goals, potentially less expensive than inpatient rehab, and having a substance-free environment, so you can fully focus on your recovery. If you stay in partnered supportive housing, that can give you peace of mind and a more supportive environment to help you recover, as well.
When a person needs to overcome a mental health condition or addiction, they will have various stages of their recovery. From detoxing to long-term recovery and everything in between, having the best information and tools can improve their success throughout each stage. With this being said, our team here at Harmony Healing Center NJ goes through many beneficial topics during our education workshops including alcohol and drug abstinence, effects of short-term and long-term drug and alcohol abuse, effects of drug and alcohol addiction on loved ones, and friends, common underlying causes of addictions and mental health disorders, common symptoms of mental health disorders, top coping skills for addictions and mental health disorders, and beneficial tools and resources for success in recovery
We want you to know about the top benefits of adventure therapy, which include getting the chance to try new, fun, and exciting activities that don’t involve alcohol or drugs, learning to have fun in healthy ways, being able to spend time with other people who share similar recovery goals, building self-confidence and self-awareness, finding peace with yourself and your recovering lifestyle, learning how to be dependent on other people in healthy ways, feeling accomplished when completing an activity, being flexible when activity plans don’t always go as you thought they would, and learning to problem-solve in healthy ways.

LiveAnotherDay.org’s helpline is a private and convenient solution for individuals seeking treatment for addiction or mental illness.
Calls to our helpline (all non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) will be answered by Recovery Advisors, American Addiction Centers, or one of our verified local treatment partners. Calls are routed based on geographic location.
Our helpline is offered at no cost to you and with no obligation to enter into treatment. In some cases, Live Another Day charges our verified partner a modest cost per call, which helps us cover the costs of building and maintaining our website. We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a visitor ultimately selects.
For more information on Live Another Day’s helpline, as well as our selection process, mission statement, and staff, visit our About page.
If our helpline is unable to assist you, we recommend browsing our state-by-state listings of the Best-Rated Rehab Centers, reading our resource guides, or visiting SAMHSA.gov.
