Southern West Virginia Fellowship Home provides adult men with long-term recovery programs that provide a structured environment in which they are able to work with their treatment team and peers towards a life of abstinence. All clients are required to participate in random drug screening, 12-step meetings throughout the week, and daily recovery classes. Clients will also be required to show proof that they are working towards finding employment or continuing their education. The Fellowship Home provides housing for 6-18 months depending on the individual client. Services include community service, individualized case management, and recovery coaching. The classes and support groups each client participates in discusses topics such as relapse prevention, anger management, self-care, nutritional guidance, overall physical health and wellness, goal development, emotion regulation, stress management, and spirituality.
