The main goal of this specific treatment center is to increase access to mental health and chemical dependency rehab programs in the Chesapeake area. The substance abuse program offers assessments to help both client and clinician decide which services are needed in order to treat the disorders that the client may be suffering from. Programs will include prevention programs, individual therapy, and group counseling. These are offered to adults and adolescents, but because Chesapeake Integrated only offers outpatient programs, clients may need referrals to detox or residential treatment centers as needed. Chesapeake Integrated does also provide access to court-mandated programs, services specific to women who are pregnant, MAT services for opioid abusers, and anger management classes. Chesapeake Integrated accepts various forms of payment, including self-pay through a sliding fee scale, insurance, and financial assistance programs.

Chesapeake Integrated is not accredited by the Joint Commission or CARF. Their reviews are okay, but we included them in our list because of the overall lack of accredited programs and the need for treatment services in the area.
