Beachway has an excellent reputation within the treatment industry. They’ve been in business for over 16 years and have a 4.8/5 star google review rating. Our CEO did an in-person tour of their center and he was thoroughly impressed by the friendly staff, the facility and their program offerings. This is a place we would feel comfortable sending our family members to.
Covert Action is a medication-assisted treatment facility that offers methadone and Suboxone to treat opioid withdrawal. These medications minimize any uncomfortable or painful symptoms that are potentially threatening their overall sobriety or commitment to recovery. Along with those medications, Covert Action’s treatment programs also offer some individual counseling as well. Most of the programs are offered at set fees, but clients will be able to discuss the costs as well as different forms of payment that are accepted with their treatment team. If clients are in need of continuing care programs or more intensive recovery programs following this withdrawal process, Covert Action may be able to provide referrals to trusted and local residential treatment centers or rehab facilities that better address their individual needs for longer-term treatment.

Editorial Note
Covert Action is not accredited, but they are only a MAT program so some of the criteria used in order to receive an accreditation may not apply. They do have good reviews, which allowed us to feel confident in what they offer Iowa residents.
The Powell Chemical Dependency Center believes that one of the main ways to effectively address drug abuse or alcohol addiction is by providing clients with a safe, healing environment where they can develop a trusting relationship with their treatment team and peers throughout the entire recovery process. Though the programs are customized to the client, each individual will learn basic life skills, help them to develop strong support systems, and engage the entire individual in their recovery program. Each treatment team consists of highly trained professionals, all working together to make sure that each client is offered the most supportive programs available. Powell Chemical Dependency Center offers treatment options such as evaluations, family therapy, aftercare planning, addiction education, and more.

The Center for Behavioral Health in Des Moines is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment facility that offers methadone, Suboxone, or Vivitrol in order to treat opioid withdrawal. All of these medications are FDA-approved and help to reduce any symptoms that may be preventing the client from committing 100% to their sobriety. Each dosing schedule is determined by the client and their medical team, but they are set at specific daily and weekly fees to help make the process as affordable as possible. The Des Moines location of the Center for Behavioral Health also offers DUI evaluations and individual education sessions with an assigned clinician. Any aftercare services are provided to all clients at no cost. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and military insurance.

Editorial Note
This facility does have less than 10 reviews on Google, some of which provide information regarding individual experiences and some that do not.
