Live Another Day was created in early 2021 as a response to the unprecedented increase in substance abuse, mental illness, and deaths resulting from the pandemic. We’re a small, tight-knit group of business professionals and clinicians who have invested thousands of hours towards creating a truly one-of-a-kind recovery resource. We’ve evaluated over 14,000 treatment providers throughout the country and only listed the centers that meet our standards for high-quality care. Many of us are in recovery ourselves, and our sincere wish is that this website gives you, the visitor, a second chance at life. Recovery is truly a gift and we’re here to support you.

Our Helpline

LiveAnotherDay.org’s helpline is a private and convenient solution for individuals seeking treatment for addiction or mental illness.

Calls to our helpline (all non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) are answered by one of our verified treatment partners and are routed based on the geographic location of the caller. In the event that we do not have a verified treatment partner local to the caller, calls are directed to one of our national providers – Recovery Advisors and American Addiction Centers.

Our helpline is offered at no cost to you and with no obligation to enter into treatment. We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a visitor ultimately selects.

Live Another Day charges our local verified treatment partners a flat monthly fee to be verified and featured prominently on our site and our national providers pay a flat fee per call. This money helps us cover the costs of creating new resources and conducting online outreach.
