LIV Adventure Program Tropical, Luxury Atmosphere EMDR Therapy
Zinnia Health - Singer Island offers a unique adventure program that includes kayaking, sunrise meditation, goal and intention-setting, swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, rock climbing, and other activities. Engaging in activities that you find both rewarding and challenging will give you an opportunity to discover something you can incorporate into your daily life outside of treatment.
The main reason that South Florida has become a premiere destination for addiction rehab is due to the relaxing beaches and warm climate. Active addiction is a difficult way of life, and getting better in the sunshine by the ocean is second to none.
In addition to standard therapies offered like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychoeducation, Zinnia Health - Singer Island offers EMDR therapy, or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. This form of psychotherapy treats various conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), addiction, anxiety, and depression.
