Valley Springs Recovery Center is a New Jersey-based drug rehab center that provides integrated care programs to individuals struggling with addiction. Our qualified medical team combines compassion, empowerment, accountability, and innovation to guide our patients toward lasting recovery.
We use a collaborative approach and work with each patient to develop a customized and comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the root causes of their addiction. Our focus on treating every aspect of the patient, not just their addiction, was created with the goal of helping our patients build fulfilling and meaningful lives after treatment. Our dual diagnosis approach helps our patients break free from the chains of substance abuse and mental health problems.
Our telehealth program allows patients to embark on their recovery journey even if they are remote. This program is best suited for individuals with busy schedules or who are unable to make the commute to our facilities. From the comfort of their own homes, our patients will have full access to our therapeutic and clinical team. Patients can participate in counseling sessions and receive medical advice from a confidential and secure connection that doesn't require them to leave home.
We understand that working professionals often deal with high demand and stress within their careers, which can lead to burnout and even substance abuse. Our program is catered specifically to this demographic to address the fast-paced environment that landed them in treatment and discuss healthier coping mechanisms for the future. Patients are able to share their experiences and gain support from their peers in a confidential and flexible environment. By discussing real-world scenarios, the challenges of balancing work-life demands, and the pressures of high-stakes environments, these sessions address the core issues faced by professionals in today's demanding corporate landscape.
Repressed trauma and underlying emotional pain can leave long-lasting wounds that patients may not even recognize. Our trauma-informed care helps patients heal these emotional wounds through therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and processing (EMDR). This allows patients to learn better coping mechanisms and change negative thought patterns into positive beliefs. By healing the patient of past trauma, they learn to cope with triggers and stress without turning to substance abuse as a method of numbing their pain or regain control.
