In order to effectively treat substance use disorders, Decision Point creates programs that combine several different treatment approaches in order to address the needs of each client as a whole. Their inpatient program lasts approximately 45-90 days, providing each client with the time needed for recovery. Residents will have access to semi-private rooms, outdoor recreational areas, a kitchen, and clean community spaces that allows each individual the chance to meet with their peers and develop healing relationships with people in similar situations. Treatment will include therapeutic fitness, nutritional guidance, CBT, DBT, family therapy, education, vocational training, peer-led support groups, adventure therapy, life skills development, relapse prevention training, and 12-step meetings. Though the initial goal of each program is to treat the immediate symptoms caused by addiction, Decision Point works to ensure that every single person they meet is equipped with critical skills that can help them maintain their sobriety once the program has ended.
