Some options include case management, relapse prevention, peer support groups, family therapy, music therapy, art therapy, journaling, drama, physical fitness, tai chi, yoga, acudetox, chiropractic services, K9 services, equine-assisted therapy, piscatorial therapy, educational field trips, vocational services, life skills, education, community service, and various medical services. All of these programs work together to help these veterans develop coping skills for their mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders they may be struggling with.
