The Tyler location of Cenikor Foundation offers a variety of withdrawal management programs and addiction treatments that can be combined and customized for each individual client. Most of their programs are available to adults, but Cenikor Foundation does provide some very specific services for youth. Living spaces are semi-private, and clients will also have access to dining areas, counseling rooms, and outdoor recreational areas. Their outpatient and residential treatment plans mostly rely on the use of individual and group therapies to cover topics such as coping skill development, trigger management, relapse prevention, accountability, and aftercare. Other available services may include medication management, 12-step support groups, family education, and different recreational activities. This recovery center works with most health insurance providers as well as accepts different forms of self-pay.

Editorial Note
There is a general lack of accredited substance abuse treatment centers in Tyler, Texas. Because of that, we have had to modify our trust factors and pick rehab programs based on their Google reviews and access to care. Though Cenikor Foundation is not accredited, they do have decent reviews and offer programs that help men and women who suffer from dependency problems.

Crossroads of Tyler

Crossroads of Tyler

Tyler, Texas

Crossroads of Tyler is a medication-assisted facility that offers outpatient treatments to adult men and women suffering from opioid addiction. All clients must detox prior to enrollment so that there are no drugs present in their system when they begin their new medication. Clients will receive access to methadone or Suboxone in order to treat any uncomfortable or painful withdrawal symptoms that may threaten their sobriety. Along with those medications, each individual will have access to individual and group therapies that discuss a variety of behavioral health topics. The goal is to ensure that people struggling with opioid abuse can get help before they relapse, allowing increased motivation to enable that person to continue receiving help. Clients will be referred to more intensive programs once their symptoms are under control. Crossroads of Tyler does also offer a nicotine cessation program. This facility accepts health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and forms of self-pay.

Available treatment options include individual therapy, group therapy, mental health assessments, addiction education, and anger management classes. Clients will work with their clinician and other members of the program to develop coping skills, identify triggers, and create plans that prevent relapses. All clients are encouraged to incorporate their loved ones into their program through family therapies. In doing so, clients are able to address all aspects of their life while their family members learn about addiction and create their own coping mechanisms.

Editorial Note
This facility does not have enough reviews on Google for us to give them a score, nor does it have any accreditations. Tyler, Texas has a lack of credible treatment centers, so we have included this center in order to give residents more access to treatments that are often critical.

The Beginning Treatment Center, which is part of Community Healthcore, is a behavioral healthcare treatment facility that provides access to addiction assessments and treatment plans specific to each individual seeking help. Available services include addiction education, life skill development, relapse prevention training, individual therapy, group therapy, and motivational interviewing. All of their programs are client-centered, allowing each individual to play an active role in the development and monitoring of their program. The length of an individual’s stay depends on their specific needs and overall progression. Because of this, clients are able to take their time throughout the recovery process and decide when they are ready to leave. Payment options include insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay, but all fees are determined based on the individual’s financial situation.

Editorial Note
The Beginning Treatment Center is not an accredited facility, despite their parent company holding accreditation from the Joint Commission. They also had too few reviews on Google for us to give them an unbiased review score. We did choose to include them because of their services and because Community Healthcore is accredited, meaning that the programs they oversee and the facilities that fall under them have some legitimacy.
