Stages of Recovery is a long-term outpatient treatment center that provides clients with access to various programs catered to their specific needs. The goal is to give each individual the time necessary for learning and developing coping mechanisms, positive habits, and healthy living skills that can be maintained for the rest of their sober lives. PHP through Stages of Recovery requires clients to participate in treatment services for 6 hours each day, lasting approximately 14-28 days. IOP and general outpatient typically last longer, allowing clients to begin with PHP and step down once they are able to handle increased independence and responsibility. The main components of these programs revolve around individual and group therapies, but other services may be available depending on their needs.

Aspire Recovery is a family-owned addiction treatment center that provides comprehensive, affordable services based on 12-step principles. Treatment options available to each client include relapse prevention training based on the Gorski Model, dialectical behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and a long list of recreational activities. The goal is to provide comprehensive, tailor-made rehab programs for each individual based on an initial assessment that helps to determine what needs to be treated and how. Regardless of the program used, all clients will have extensive aftercare plans to ensure they always have support, especially during crisis situations. Aspire is working on opening a residential program for men, which should be opening soon. Aspire Recovery is in-network with many health insurance providers and accepts self-pay as well.

Lubbock Lighthouse is a medication-assisted treatment facility that provides access to prescription use of methadone and Subutex. These FDA-approved medications are used with regard to treating withdrawal symptoms from long-term opioid addiction. Each person who comes in requires different doses of medication as well as different treatments depending on what they suffer from, so each program is customized to the individual. Alongside treatment for opiate abuse, clients will also have access to 12-step meetings, group therapies, and individual therapy. The primary goal is to treat withdrawal before it causes a relapse, thus increasing a client’s motivation for change and ability to commit to a recovery program.

The Lubbock Faith Center is a non-profit, faith-based substance abuse treatment center that provides access to long-term residential care for men and women who need round-the-clock supervision but have already completed a detox program. Each drug treatment plan will include group therapy, addiction education, weekly 12-step meetings, individual therapy, and aftercare planning. This specific rehab facility works with their clients for 12 months, giving them the time needed for healing. The goal is to give each individual a chance to commit all of their time to recovery. Lubbock Faith Center is a no-tolerance facility, providing random drug screenings multiple times a week.

Lubbock Faith Center is not an accredited recovery center, but they do have good reviews and offer important residential services to their clients. Their website is only through Facebook, so make sure to do your own research, visit the facility, and ask questions before committing to the program.
The Ranch at Dove Tree is an adult drug abuse and alcohol addiction rehab facility that combines evidence-based therapies with 12-step programs and skill training in each treatment program. Each client will work with a treatment team that is highly trained and understands the struggles they are currently dealing with. Services available include support groups, individual counseling, mental wellness programs, multi-family systems, community programs, meditation, relapse prevention planning, and safety planning. The goal is to help clients pinpoint triggers, learn positive coping mechanisms, develop communication skills, and instill self-care into their everyday life. In order to address the entire individual as a whole, clients will also work on improving their sleep, nutrition, and physical fitness. The Ranch does have programs specific for treating veterans and first responders who are dealing with mental health problems that led to the need for drug or alcohol rehab. The Ranch accepts most healthcare insurance plans and may offer other financing options.

Texas Tech provides access to medical doctors, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists for men and women over the age of 18 who are dealing with chemical dependency. The main component of treatment consists of clinical therapies, programs that include family members, psychiatric services, and transcranial magnetic stimulation if needed. In order to address substance abuse in adults, Texas Tech provides intensive outpatient services that include the Matrix Model, education, relapse prevention training, social support, motivational enhancement, CBT, and 12-step facilitation. Clients are able to pay using most insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.
