The residential treatment program available through Homeward Bound is long-term so that each individual has the time and care necessary for healing. Methadone helps initially in treating specific symptoms, which then allows them to commit more time to their overall treatment program. Because this facility only offers outpatient services, clients may need a referral for detox or inpatient treatment. El Paso Strong: This is a program run by the City of El Paso that provides a variety of resources for El Paso residents. These include crisis resources and mental health recovery resources.
