CSSL Addiction and Mental Health Treatment Services provides person-centered treatment programs to adult men and women who need a supportive environment in which they are able to heal. When clients enroll in a recovery program through CSSL, they will be matched with a peer recovery support specialist that they work with throughout the 12- month duration in rehab. Some of the treatment approaches offered here include case management and family therapy. CSSL’s program is broken into four different phases, all with different focus points and lengths of time. The first phase includes the planning process where clients work with their treatment team and recovery coach to design a program that best fits their needs. Phase two takes place during months 1 through 3. Clients will move into a sober living facility and work with their family. Phase three consists of months 4 through 6 in which clients develop relapse prevention skills and address any areas in their life that they feel need improvement. The final phase, from months 7 to 12, includes goal setting, budgeting, continuing care planning, family reintegration, healthy boundary development, communication skill development, and more. The goal is to guide each client through their recovery program and assist them in developing the skills and tools necessary for remaining sober long-term.
