Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic is the Syracuse location or Helio Health, which offers a wide variety of rehab programs and locations across New York. This specific location only offers outpatient treatment programs for adult men and women suffering from chemical dependency problems. Treatment options include targeted case management, various evaluations, individual therapy, medication management, and discharge planning. Meadows also offers specific therapies for adolescents and their loved ones. Because this is an outpatient clinic, group therapy makes up a large portion of all programs. Group therapy at Meadows Integrated encompasses early recovery skills, relapse prevention, gender-specific groups, healthy living skills, communication, and community reintegration. Substance abuse services available at Conifer park include group therapies, early intervention programs, relapse prevention, meditation, self-help groups, support groups, family therapy, gender-specific programs, anger management, and medication assistance. Clients who need MAT will work with their treatment team to decide if medications are an effective method and which medications will be the safest option. Conifer Park utilizes Methadone and buprenorphine as their medication options for opioid dependency.

Willows Inpatient is a 40-bed treatment facility that offers comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment to men and women living across New York state who need to get help for substance use problems. Length of stay depends on the specific client and their individual progress through the program, however, the longest the facility will keep a client is 28 days. After that, clients will receive a referral to continuing care programs if needed. Though some may require longer-term residential services, others may need to step down to PHP or intensive outpatient in order to remain sober and continue working on their recovery goals. The main services available include individual therapy, group therapy, and addiction education services. Other services might include evaluations, medication management, case management, and more. Clients will need to discuss their specific treatment options with their individually assigned clinician and other members of the treatment team to decide which services should be included in the program.

Though they work with everyone, Syracuse Community strives to serve individuals who have minimal access to care, especially for mental health and addiction. Though they do offer very basic treatments, this specific drug and alcohol rehab center is meant to provide access to immediate services and possible referrals to more intensive programs. Services include individual therapy, family programs, group counseling, nutritional guidance, and medication management. Syracuse Community Health Center operates on a sliding fee pay scale and will work with their clients to find a payment program that works for their financial situation. This facility is a medical care center as well, so they may also provide primary care services for their substance abuse clients if those services are helpful in the treatment process.
