BHG – Springfield Treatment Center

Springfield, Missouri

BHG – Springfield Treatment Center

Springfield, Missouri

BHG Springfield Treatment Center is a medication-assisted treatment facility that provides outpatient care to adult men and women suffering from withdrawal symptoms due to opioid use. Along with individual therapy, group therapy, and family programs, clients have access to Methadone and Suboxone in order to minimize withdrawal symptoms and cravings. BHG Springfield accepts walk-in clients in order to increase immediate access when needed. They also accept Humana, TRICARE, and self-pay plans. Medication assistance is a crucial step in the recovery process, especially when it comes to relapse prevention. Because of those withdrawal symptoms, relapse and overdose are very real threats to a person’s sobriety. Medication alongside therapy helps address symptoms of alcohol addiction and drug abuse before they cause worse problems. Clients may also participate in off-site support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous.
