Zelus Recovery regards addiction as a chronic disease that needs to be treated by evidence-based practices, designed to address that very specific person and their disease. Though the main goal is to treat the symptoms of addiction, each treatment plan also encompasses a variety of therapies and family-inclusive programs that equip clients with the tools and skills necessary for long-term sobriety. Each individual will participate in psychotherapy, therapeutic fitness, yoga, nutritional guidance, DBT, CBT, and early interventions. Zelus Recovery has fewer than 10 reviews on Google, but they are accredited and have important addiction recovery programs for men, women, and adolescents in Idaho.

Ascent also offers medication assistance to adult men and women struggling with addiction to opioids or prescription drugs. Ascent Behavioral Health accepts health insurance, Medicaid, and forms of self-pay.

Editorial Note
We included Peak Recovery in our list of best rehab centers for Idaho because of their Google reviews and other factors such as the services they offer. There aren’t many accredited programs in Idaho, so in order to provide a variety of programs, we had to drop that requirement and look at other trust factors.

Restored Paths engages clients and their family members in treatment, allowing the individual to be treated while also addressing environmental factors that may have contributed to the substance use. Including loved ones throughout the recovery process allows everyone involved to develop coping skills and to learn about addiction, thus allowing recovery to take place in the home as well. Each individual will have access to case management, DUI evaluations, and different forms of individual and group counseling. This facility also offers domestic violence treatments for clients who have also suffered trauma that either led to drug use or was worsened by drug use.

Levels of Care

Editorial Note
Because Restored Paths is not accredited, we had to look at it based on other criteria. Because of their reviews on Google, we felt that they were trustworthy enough to add. We do encourage each person seeking help to conduct as much research as possible and visit the facility to make sure that it is right for you.
